The technology is very interesting. Eliminate all the mechanical bracing and support inside the head and fill the hollow area with nitrogen gas. They say you can feel the face compress on contact.

I haven't had a chance to try it out yet but plan on doing so soon. The face thickness varies depending on your swing speed and varies from 2.6mm to 3.0mm. It is endorsed highly by Fuzzy as he is a PowerBilt man. I will get back to you as soon as I try it out.

If you have had a chance to demo or play this club, please leave your comments below.

Tried the new TaylorMade R9 driver yet?

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 307px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_Sdeh3FmW6gQ/SdFpFc1TxrI/AAAAAAAAABo/JxLFv4D_WJo/s320/giant_driver.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5319148177261315762" />
I am a long time TaylorMade driver guy. I currently have the SuperQuad, a couple of years old. Everything else I own is Ping. Irons, utility clubs, fairway woods, all Ping.

I recently tried the new TaylorMade R9 driver. No, that's not it in the picture above. But, you get the idea with all the new driver stuff. I played a whole round with the new R9. Man was I impressed. I was kind of skeptical at first. You know, how much more can they do to the driver. Thin face, all that inertia stuff and shaft technology. I have always been the kind to find something that works and keep it forever.

Well, that thought is beginning to change. I do love my SuperQuad and will be hard pressed to give it up. However, that R9 is awesome. Easy to hit, looks great, sits nice, appealing to the eye, and best of all - LONG. REAL LONG. Approximately 10-20 yards of extra distance.

Now if it all stopped there, everyone would have one right? Unfortunately, it doesn't stop there. One important fact to consider. IT COSTS $500. Is that insane or what. Here is what I think I will do, assuming I would replace my driver. Wait approximately 3-6 months, buy it a reduced price, or buy it on Ebay.

Nonetheless, a great golf club. I highly recommend it price notwithstanding. That's a call you would have to make.

Let me know what you think when you try it. Vaguely, huh? What about age 35? Did you workout or exercise on a regular basis when you were younger? Did you have to?

Have you experienced a gradual decline in your physical skills after age 40? Even though you consistently workout? All these questions I am posing here are based on first-hand experiences. That's all I have to base it on because I am not a doctor. Afterall, we play the game on feel, and your body will tell you how it feels.

My body generally tells me it feels great after a workout. Whether it be cardio only, cardio plus lights weight training, resistance training, heavy weight club workout, or whatever the case may be. All I know is when the heart gets pumping and the sweat glands start flowing that is when I feel the best.

So, what is my body telling me? Workout more!!! It feels good. You ever heard the saying, "If it feels good, do it?" Well that's what it's all about from a golf fitness standpoint. I try not to get to technical or mechanical. Just do something and feel better. That's the first and most important step.

Medicus Dual Hinge Driver Works Instantly!!!

Having trouble keeping your swing together? Well I sure do. In your teens, 20's, and 30's, being fit and healthy was a given. No second thoughts at all. Just go, tee it up and play.

Not so fast my young friend. As you slowly progress into your senior years your body requires a little more maintenance. Little things like soreness, muscle recovery, sore and stiff joints, flexibility, stamina, endurance, all these things creep into play as a senior. However, there are ways to keep them at bay.

One of the best ways I have found to keep fit is cardio exercise. Specifically I prefer the elliptical machine exercise at my local gym. It takes pressure off the knees and strengthens all the other muscles surrounding the joint. I try to make this a regular part of my fitness training. For your very own downloadable golf fitness guide just click here http://doeford.pedersenm1.hop.clickbank.net/

To be enjoyed to the fullest, senior golf does require some minimal fitness training. This could include walking the course while playing, some type of regular workout program, or anything to help keep you physically fit. They say golf is a mental game, which is true, but that takes for granted that the body can perform as it always has. Something that as a senior golfer we no longer take for granted.
